Xango Goodness

Xango represents more than compelling, efficacious products. They represent a community, a group of responsible citizens. Their commitment to charitable giving is never limited by international boundaries. They give everywhere, in every way they can.

What if it was possible over the next few weeks to build a substantial PLAN B income with;
  1. No major capital investment
  2. No technical knowledge or highly specialised skills
  3. No burdensome time commitments
  4. No selling of products
  5. No “filling your garage” with items you don’t need
  6. And a 20 second “carpet commute” to your office…
All this while being involved in the philanthropic movement of providing food to starving children?

Are you saying all this sounds too good to be true, so it probably is?

QUESTION: Is that a good enough reason not to investigate further?

Kindly allow me a few minutes of your time to introduce you to a project that is changing the lives of countless families around the world and has the potential to impact your own life in ways that we at this point can only imagine.

According to the World Health Organization there are some 900 Million people globally at the level of starvation. 18,000 people die every day because of this growing problem. UNICEF states over 24,000 children under the age of five die every day mainly from preventable causes. That's about one death every three seconds.

Make a Difference: Join us, a group of ordinary business people, stay-at-home-moms, and networkers in South Africa and around the world, in creating a perpetual feeding machine that not only saves lives, but provides an income stream for you and your own family at the very same time. To date our project has fed over 3 million meals to children and expectant mothers.

Philanthropist: Someone who devotes his or her time, money, or effort towards the benefit of others and the world. The definition is usually followed with "Most often applied to someone who gives large amounts to charity". A philanthropist's usual route is to spend time amassing a fortune and in the autumn of their life, give it all away. But the time has come for a new kind of philanthropist, the "Philanthropreneur".

Philanthropreneur: People creating positive changes in the world through a business venture that promises economic gain. The Philanthropreneur dedicates their time and entrepreneurial activity to helping others in the world while helping themselves by creating an income stream. The way most traditional non-profit organisations work is that they have a large pool of donors that are reached through direct mailings, publications, radio and television adverts, benefits or any number of other marketing initiatives. What happens in the group of donors totally determines the outcome of what the charity organisation is able to do.

Through traditional social giving, money that is donated to charity organisations has to cover:
· overheads like buildings, rentals, vehicles, insurance supplies and other expenses
· administration costs and salaries for their admin- and fundraising personnel
· fundraising efforts where tremendous sums are spent to maintain the large pool of donors
· and finally, whatever is left of the funds raised is channelled to the actual humanitarian projects, which constitutes why the organisation exists in the first place!

Keeping the fuel coming in from the donor pool to keep the work of the organisation running, is a tiring and frustrating reality. In a way a philanthropreneur cuts out the middleman. They create wealth directly for good causes every day, and that money starts working its magic immediately. Many of the world's most effective businessmen and women have taken hold of this concept and if we join together today, we will start to see some astounding changes in our world tomorrow.

Imagine being part of something bigger than you, something that will change the world.
"Where you live should not determine IF you live..."

Forget what you know about traditional business. This is a paradigm shift in thinking that requires you to have an open mind along with a willingness to learn something new. Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, and many others including former president Bill Clinton, believe we must look to ourselves, and not the government, in order to fight against poverty and build a sustainable economic future.

A new approach to solving social problems is needed. This new approach is Venture Philanthropy, also know as Philanthrocapitalism.

So, here is what we know: Our economy is in crisis, people from all walks of life are loosing their jobs, there aren't enough jobs to go around, and there is a lack of options for the average person to get out of debt.

Here is what you can do to take control of your personal situation, while doing some real good in the world: Become a Philanthropreneur. It is simpler than it sounds...

"Becoming a Social Entrepreneur means you choose to devote your time and effort to ultimately benefit others in the world at large while producing an income."

There are millions of people who do social good. If you give a R10 to the man you see sitting on the street corner holding a sign, you have done social good. If you buy black bin liners for R20 from a street vendor or give the parking attendant your small change, you have done social good. There are wonderful people forming groups in South Africa that buy groceries to feed needy families and who are doing amazing work... These acts of kindness directly affect our community and we feel blessed to be able to support them. But, why stop there?

We do all those things, but we chose not to stop there. We have (literally) made it our business to feed starving children. The lives we touch are no more or less important than the lives of the man on the street corner or the parking attendant going home to feed his family. But knowing a child will have a chance to live, which would not be the case, because we decided to do something over and above the 'norm', makes all the difference in the world.

But, apart from pursuing a philanthropic dream and assisting those in dire need; why would you choose to do more than merely write a cheque to some charity of choice?

Because XANGO® LLC, the company that produces the Meal Pack formulation that we donate every month, compensates us when we enrol others who commit to doing the same. Through the Network Giving model, we have hundreds of giving teams all around the world who never stop the flow of meals, because XANGO® continually compensates us for our work of finding more donors who will give meals to the starving.

Can you see how this creates a new paradigm in charitable giving? It is a constantly growing and self perpetuating source of meals for those in need. And through this model, XANGO’s non-profit partner, AmeriCares, does not have to spend one cent for this resource. They are given these meals free of charge by the thousands, so they can continually ship them to the places of need every day, without fear of not having enough.

In South Africa we call this initiative Project Aid35 and it's part of a worldwide movement initiated by XANGO, LLC; a Multi-billion dollar nutritional company based in Utah, USA, called the XANGO® Goodness Network Giving programme.

Why choose to be a Social Entrepreneur:
A shift in how we create income is increasingly more important these days as the job market has slimmed and unemployment has risen. This business venture promises economic gain while creating positive changes in the world.
· choose to make a difference in this world
· choose to earn money while doing social good
· choose to become a Social Entrepreneur

‘The Doing Well While Doing Good Network’ as it has been dubbed by participants worldwide, has since its inception in October 2007, managed to distribute and serve 3 million meals by 2010 to impoverished and near starving people in countries such as Cambodia, El Salvador, Ghana, Haiti, Kenya, Malawi, Myanmar and Zimbabwe, as well as Nicaragua, Monterrey and Vera Cruz, Mexico and is changing a flawed, traditional charity model into one that is thriving all over the world. Through this programme, anyone with a heart for the poor can now significantly contribute and help nourish the world’s starving population in a very personal and practical way while building a substantial income to address personal needs. With network giving, the size of the “work force” that helps make the organisation run is enhanced exponentially. That is because in this project we, the donors, become the workers!

Making the decision to feed starving children is an easy one. I often wonder why more people don't jump in to help. It takes very little time and, if you share your thoughts on feeding children with others, you can build a part-time business while saving lives. So, the question remains...

Will you save the life of this child? The cost is only $90.00 per month, it very soon pays for itself and then starts making you money. AND it is tax deductible. Most of us spend money on lots of little pleasures every day. A chocolate from the check out line, a cooldrink from the petrol station, a take-away coffee and an over-priced pie from the nearest coffee shop... it all adds up. Probably more than that R700 odd a month is spent buying items that you really can't even pin-point if you had to and certainly do not add to your overall health or wellbeing. With Project Aid35 you can actually put that money to good use while creating a 'Plan B' income stream.

How does it work?

Step One: Decide you want to make a positive change in the world one person at a time by making a commitment to feed children who are literally starving to death and desperately need your help.

Step Two: Make a second commitment to share this project with lots of people and have at least 3 people join with you on this major project of Social Good within the next 30 days.

Step Three: Continue to share this project with others and be sure your 'Pay It Forward numbers' are at least progressing by three. For example, you get three people to join you this month and those three get three to join them in the next 30 days, and so on and so forth.

Everyone involved receives a reward based on their individual participation level. The key to the entire project is ACTION. Without action there is no project and children continue to die by the thousands.

Join our cause to end world hunger. Make the decision to do social good. Make the decision to save the life of this child and many, many more.
